An average sleep study consists of 840 digital pages of graphical information from different parameters. This data is manually overseen by experts. It takes 8-10 hours to record a PSG and 5-6 hours to interpret a PSG.

I take certain medications before sleeping. Should I continue taking them on the night of the test?
Yes. You can continue taking your medication as prescribed. Sedatives and painkillers may impact your sleep study. Please double-check with your physician if you are to take them on the night of the test and kindly share the prescription with the technician before starting the test.
Do I have to sleep in one position, or can I turn sides?
No, you don't have to sleep in one position. You may turn sides as you feel comfortable.
What time will I have to sleep on the night of the test?
It is advised that you do not change your routine sleep time. Please let us know your bedtime prior to the booking and we will accommodate accordingly.
How many hours will the test last for? Can it be paused or stopped?
We require a minimum recording time of 4 hours to create a valid test report. It is recommended that the test be carried out for the entire duration an individual is in bed, irrespective of whether they are sleeping or awake. Recordings of 6 hours and longer give much more accurate data.

Q3: I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from EcomSolid for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q4: My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Malfunction and/or breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product is covered under our terms of warranty. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After this period or if the product was not stored as directed on the datasheet, we are unable to honor a warranty claim.
